If I Had a Coffee Shop

Coffee is a special drink which is loved by most people. It tasted a little saline at the beginning, but you will find more and more sweet after bitter and astringent. I like drink coffee because of the smell of the coffee. The most important factor is the coffee life is the dream of mine. So opening a coffee shop is my dream.

 

She came from the middle of nowhere
A sleepy Pennsylvania town
Her mother held her guilty for so long
Till she finally put those burdens down

He spent his whole life on city fair
His window played the evening sun
And it’s hard to believe for a strong man
But he surely was a lonely one

She took the morning shift downtown
It’s strange to be his favorite place
And after every single customer was cruel enough
He was the only one to smile and say

Thank you for the coffee
A simple conversation
Thank you for the light shining in your eyes
It’s taken such a long time to find someone to talk to
And I know it ain’t much
But thank you for your time

Coffee is just like life, sweet or bitter is judged by ourselves. Everyone has a different life and if you learn from experience using your heart and treasure what you have, you will be a jolly man.

The Joy of Having a BBQ with Friends

BBQ has become a popular way of dinner party with friends. Most young people like this form which including eating and amusement. And besides this, you can choose to have a BBQ outside park which has the beautiful views. You can imagine scene of the cheerful. A great barbecue is all about the banter, getting together with friends and family and enjoying the summer sun. But it’s also a chance to enjoy some real high quality food.

Gas BBQ is very convenient, but it is no different from your gas stove! Charcoal BBQ is the way to go. Preparing it is a whole ceremony. And it tastes so much better than any other BBQ.

BBQ Food
Food must be prepared before having BBQ. Choice of food to cook is really important because there’s not much flexibility with the heat and it doesn’t last forever. Because of the lack of flexibility, avoid fatty foods such as sausages because these will simply spray fat onto the coals and cause flare ups. As I’ve already said, the flames will burn food but it’s not just that, flames are wasted energy and your charcoal won’t last as long. Try fish and steaks and other lean cuts of meat.

The breast is dry and the legs are pink! That’s because the legs have more fat and connective tissue in them. Most people cook their chicken or any birds, breast side up. And when you go to cut it up, there is no juice in the breast but the backbone in moist and tender and full of flavor from the juices dripping down during the cooking process.

If you do accidentally start a fire, you won’t burn down anything important. You also want to avoid putting your grill near anything flammable, such as a wooden deck.

When you’ve got the right tools, it’s important you learn how to use them properly. There are many different tools available – some are very useful, while others are not. When buying any tool, check the metal parts are stainless steel and the handle is long and made of either thermoplastic or wood.

Cooking with Your Families

Most people think cooking as a task of a day. Because that they feel tried after finishing the work of a day.  But if you consider cooking as an interesting job or relaxing project, it will be more relaxed and simple. Especially, you cook with your families, it is a pleasure. A relaxed time in the kitchen when I have already decided in advance what to cook and got all the ingredients for it, is simply wonderful.

 

Some individuals think cooking is just great but only if they’re on the receiving end, that is, they’re the ones devouring their friends’ recipe. Cooking is quite relaxing especially when there is no time pressure involved. I decide on what I want to work on and then start lining up everything I need. There is almost a soothing rhythm to it all — from measuring the ingredients to cutting up the meat and greens and, finally, putting them all together in a pot to simmer.

 

Experimenting with all the wonderful ingredients, handling all the different colors that nature has been kind enough to bless us with are privileges I consider that I have. And yes, here I am the creator (at times do agree I turn into a destroyer, but then I strongly do believe that -to err is human- and that is enough to keep me going). I decide what to make, plan my budget and also choose how to make it from the innumerable possibilities. This truly makes me feel on top of the world. I am the boss here.

 

Everyone is busy in everyday. Let cook a meal with our families, cooking time has become an family time. And we also shared our fruits of labor, Isn’t it a good idea?

Make Soya Milk by Yourself

First, Soak your soya beans overnight in a large bowl of water (they will swell up to 3 or 4 times their dry size). The amount of soaked beans to use is about one cup per litre of milk required. Then, Put a cup of beans in your food blender and add 3.5 cups of water.Third, Strain the resulting liquid through a cheesecloth into large pan. Wrap the cheesecloth around the remaining bean pulp (known as okara) and squeeze the cloth so as much of the liquid is extracted as possible. Fourth, Place the pan on the oven hob and heat until the milk starts to boil. Be careful and make sure to use a pan much deeper than the amount of milk you have as when the milk starts to boil it will quickly foam up and over the sides of the pan if you are not careful.
