So doing exercise or fitness is one of part of enjoying life.Running is regarded as the most convenient and effective way of body exercise. But you may complain that there is not enough time and space. It doesn’t matter. You can buy a treadmill that can be  put in your room.

A treadmill is a perfect choice in exercise equipment for many people. It allows you to walk or run in the security and privacy of your own home.

A stepper machine is a warm up machine. As the name suggests, a stepper machine has two platforms for keeping the feet. Jump rope game is pupular with the young children all over the world. I can remember that when I was child, I played jump rope with my friends happliy. What a nice time it was! When, grown up, I has never played jump rope game again.In fact, Jump rope game is well played by children and the adult.It is not just a game, but also a fitness way.

Chinese Jump Rope found me as a child and once again, through my profession as a physical educator. The game is funny like that, popping up from generation to generation, verbally passed from one to another like a folk tale.

The simple rules test the skill and coordination of all players. An elastic rope is the only equipment needed for play. The game is easily learned and always fun!

Chinese children first played Chinese Jump Rope in the 7th century. Rediscovered by English children in the 1960’s, Chinese Jump Rope remains as popular as ever.

Chinese Jump Rope is no ordinary “rope skipping” game. “Enders” hold an elastic rope while a “jumper” jumps the rope in special ways. The challenge? To jump successfully!

A special version of a jump rope game played with rubber bands connected together to make a long rope is played in many countries. Rubber band jumping was popular in my primary school which was only for girls. I had forgotten how much fun it is to play this game, we had fun in a simple way. You can’t compare our old games in those times with today’s games.

What do you spend your spare time at home? If you want to play games and don’t want to go out, dart is a good choice. It is very interesting to play dart with your families at home. A traditional dart board used with sharp steel-tipped darts can be constructed from soft wood, cork or even compressed paper.

To play dart, a proper stance is necessary. Align your hand, elbow, shoulder, hip and foot. If you are using your right hand, turn the right side of your body towards the board. Put your weight on your right foot in the front, slightly lean forward, and balance with the left foot. Reverse the operation if you are using your left hand.

Now, playing dart with your children, and have a competition. It must be a funy game.

Skateboarding is a lot like dancing, especially when there is music in the background. But a dancer doesn’t just settle for dancing or call it exercise. During a dancer’s time off, they engage in a clean and healthy lifestyle which includes exercising.

Think about an exercise that’s easy and that you can do everyday, at least 3 to 5 times per day. This can be jogging around the park or your neighborhood, push ups, sit ups, weight lifting or joining your local gym.Make sure that you stretch or do a mini exercise routine before skateboarding.Before beginning any exercise routine, no matter how old or young or what shape you are in, make sure that you consult your physician.
