Rock climbing was recognized as an elegant, civilized, high-level sports and leisure activities. With the continuous development of social economy,and  people’s living standard rising, the movement is gradually being more accepted and loved by young people.
If you come to China and as a climbing fan, you can not miss Yang shuo, the best place for climbing.The heavily-eroded limestone offers wonderful settings as well as a wide range of hand and foot holds. The sheer variety that is available is enough to tempt any climber here, and many do find it hard to leave again.

There are several rock-climbing operators in town. Standards vary and it is worth getting local advice, especially if you are a total beginner. At least ask about about qualifications and take a look at how the equipment is stored. Ropes are your lifeline, and should be treated with total respect at all times. Walk away if you see these tossed casually on the floor. You should be provided with a helmet, and should wear it, especially at the bottom of the crag where loose bits of stone tend to get knocked down.

Becoming a mountain climbing guide requires a serious amount of training and experience.
1.Climb regularly. Go mountain climbing and skiing as often as you can on many different ranges. The more experience you can garner, the easier it is to take the necessary guide exams.
2.Take a mountaineering course. Some guide services such as Alpine Ascents International lead classes, or take courses the American Mountain Guides Association offers.

3.Receive certification from the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) and the International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations by enrolling in courses and passing the necessary exams.

 4.Seek employment with guide services, or become an individual mountain climbing guide. Some may not like the more restricted atmosphere working for a guide service, or the lower pay. It is up to the individual.
5.Read books on teaching. Develop some routines and exercises that you are comfortable with. You’ll need them to work with your clients and to evaluate their skills.

 6.Prepare to spend time with people from many different walks of life. Be patient, supportive and make the client feel a part of the mountain climbing expedition, not simply a person on the end of a rope.

 

Women’s Basketball

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

Women’s basketball began in 1892 at Smith College when Senda Berenson, a physical education teacher, modified Naismith’s rules for women. Shortly after she was hired at Smith, she went to Naismith to learn more about the game. Fascinated by the new sport and the values it could teach, she organized the first women’s collegiate basketball game on March 21, 1893, when her Smith freshmen and sophomores played against one another. Her rules were first published in 1899 and two years later Berenson became the editor of A.G. Spalding’s first Women’s Basketball Guide, which further spread her version of basketball for women.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so great! Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising, It needs team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to cooperate with others in this game. I should understand what my teammate doing and what he needs me to do for him. On the other side, I should learn to show my teammate what I need. At the same time, I need to keep an eye on the whole game, knowing how is the situation of our team and how is the other team. It involved more cooperation and strategy.

I played basketball more for about 5 years now. I make many good friends through this sports. It is proud to win honor for my team and my school. Also I enjoy all games with my friends. Basketball will be my best friends in the future and my best memory about school life.

Go karts have gone from homemade go karts pieced together in a Garage with a welder and a used lawn mower engine to blue printed frames and engines and high performance parts taking the sport of  kart racing to a new level.

At the same time, there are some kind of go kart for children. For children, karting is an attractive sports and interesting games. They can enjoy the feeling of driving on the road. Certainly, you must guarantee the secruity and reliability.

Jump rope game is pupular with the young children all over the world. I can remember that when I was child, I played jump rope with my friends happliy. What a nice time it was! When, grown up, I has never played jump rope game again.In fact, Jump rope game is well played by children and the adult.It is not just a game, but also a fitness way.

Chinese Jump Rope found me as a child and once again, through my profession as a physical educator. The game is funny like that, popping up from generation to generation, verbally passed from one to another like a folk tale.

The simple rules test the skill and coordination of all players. An elastic rope is the only equipment needed for play. The game is easily learned and always fun!

Chinese children first played Chinese Jump Rope in the 7th century. Rediscovered by English children in the 1960’s, Chinese Jump Rope remains as popular as ever.

Chinese Jump Rope is no ordinary “rope skipping” game. “Enders” hold an elastic rope while a “jumper” jumps the rope in special ways. The challenge? To jump successfully!

A special version of a jump rope game played with rubber bands connected together to make a long rope is played in many countries. Rubber band jumping was popular in my primary school which was only for girls. I had forgotten how much fun it is to play this game, we had fun in a simple way. You can’t compare our old games in those times with today’s games.

Playing Darts at Home

What do you spend your spare time at home? If you want to play games and don’t want to go out, dart is a good choice. It is very interesting to play dart with your families at home. A traditional dart board used with sharp steel-tipped darts can be constructed from soft wood, cork or even compressed paper.

But in morden times,electronic dart board has become more popular.The big advantages are that the electronic game is safer and a lot more convenient than the traditional game.The electronic dartboard is constructed from a plastic material perforated with holes.

To play dart, a proper stance is necessary. Align your hand, elbow, shoulder, hip and foot. If you are using your right hand, turn the right side of your body towards the board. Put your weight on your right foot in the front, slightly lean forward, and balance with the left foot. Reverse the operation if you are using your left hand.

Now, playing dart with your children, and have a competition. It must be a funy game.

Good posture is grounded in a forward tilt from the hips — not the waist — of about 30 degrees. If you’re not sure how much 30 degrees is, picture yourself standing in the middle of a clockface. You should maintain it for as long as you can, from your backswing to your finish. This posture prevents you from moving up or down during the swing, and helps guide the club on the correct path, which is at 90 degrees to your spine.

Swimming is the most popular sports in summer. Most of us think swimming as a great pleasure and enjoy every time they go the beach or swimming pool. It’s a very nice attitude and very helpful if you are planning to make this sport your way into the healthy life.

 

 

If you are a girl who likes to reduce weight, you will like swimming. So is the boy who likes to build his body. Swimming is a very effective way to get in good shape and also ward off those extra calories. It has been seen that regular swimming can help in building amazing muscle strength and endurance. In fact, it is also very good for promoting the cardio-vascular fitness.

I think one of the greatest advantages swimming provides is relief from stress and tension. Your body and mind relaxes in the water and the more time you spend in it the more stress you lose. The reduction of stress will improve your daily life and relationship with people.

When you learn a new skill or change our stroke, you must swim more slowly for a while – before attempting to swim faster. Have a bottle of fluid with you on poolside and sip regularly throughout a training session and leading up to a swimming competition. Maybe Science class wasn’t such a waste of time, after all.

 

Swimming, more than any other sport demands that your lungs provide the rest of your body with oxygen at an extremely high rate and at exactly the right time (otherwise you’re going to be breathing-in water). Effective breathing (inhaling and exhaling) is critical in turning oxygen into the energy needed to move through the water, keeping correct pH levels in your body and enough carbon dioxide for bodily functions.

 

Strive for optimum, not maximum, performance. Emphasise the things which you can control (so forget about your boyfriend, husband or significant other). You will enjoy training more if you can see yourself making progress.

 

There’s no other sport there you won’t feel tired, get rid of tension and stress and see the results so fast. And there’s no danger for traumatizing yourself. You may think as long as you want and search anywhere – swimming has the greatest advantages that sports may give you. And you can hardly find any disadvantages at all.
